Return Policy
Policy Duration
You can return your item within 3 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return products if they are:
- Damaged
- Not functioning upon receipt
- Have manufacturing defects
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.

Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be in unused condition and within 3 days of receiving it.
Exchange Process
Once your exchange is approved:
- A replacement product will be sent to your registered address.

- An unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the item when you received it (This is required for all return, refund, or exchange requests).

Refund Policy
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, so please share your details by email.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are eligible for a refund, please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale items are non-refundable.
